Refund Policy

  • Once you subscribe and make the required payment for any service or product with SHARPNERR, the payment shall be considered final.
  • No changes or modifications will be allowed after the payment is made,
  • Refunds will be available for as per service packages,
  • Please review the details of your chosen package to understand its refund eligibility.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once enrolled in any course, class, or material with SHARPNERR, the Cancellation is not possible.
  • In Any case Cancellation can be done as per SHARPNERR terms & conditions.
  • Any such changes must be approved by SHARPNERR management.

Extra Payment Refund Policy

  • If SHARPNERR receives extra payments for any course by any means, the extra charges will be refunded upon receiving proof of the overpayment.
  • Refunds can be processed via direct bank transfer using NEFT, by cheque collection in person or through an authorized representative at SHARPNERR offices, or through any other means agreed upon by the customer and SHARPNERR management.
  • SHARPNERR is not liable for any damages resulting solely from bank processing issues or negligence on the customer’s part.
  • Customer are advised to resolve such matters directly with their bank.
  • SHARPNERR will endeavour to assist customer within its capacity, considering time, workforce, and other constraints.

General Return and Refund Policies for Online Payments

For all online payments made to SHARPNERR, the following general return and refund policies apply:

    1. Transaction Errors: In the event of a transaction error during payment, customers must immediately report the issue to SHARPNERR. Upon verification, SHARPNERR will process a refund or provide an appropriate resolution.
    2. Payment Disputes: Any disputes related to payments made online should be raised with SHARPNERR within 30 days of the transaction date. SHARPNERR will review the dispute and respond accordingly. The resolution may include a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the dispute and the findings of the investigation.
    3. Processing Fees: Any processing fees incurred during the payment process are non-refundable. These fees are charged by the payment gateway and are beyond the control of SHARPNERR.
    4. Data Privacy: SHARPNERR ensures that all online payment transactions are secure and that customer data is protected according to applicable data protection laws.
